- Physio Direct is not an emergency service. If you have experienced a serious injury or suspect a broken bone, visit your nearest A&E department immediately. If you require medication, contact your GP.
- Physio Direct is a telephone consultation service. Your appointment will be with a senior chartered physiotherapist, who will advise you on how to manage your symptoms and prescribe any relevant exercises to speed up your recovery.
- No waiting lists. We commit to speaking to patients within two working days – this timely service will help minimise the impact of an injury.
- Self-referral. Employees can refer themselves directly for an appointment.
- Fully accredited team. All of our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professionals Counsel (HCPC).
