Who we are

We know the unique pressure of jobs undertaken by essential workers and the range of potential psychological and physical factors that can affect employees. We have extensive experience of helping people manage the aftermath of trauma at work. We also provide direct access to support that’s more commonly required, such as physiotherapy and contamination injuries.  

We are a founding member of the NHS Health at Work Network, which advises Government and other bodies on occupational health policy. To continuously improve our own practices, we use evidence-based approaches and invest in training and systems development.

Many of our clients have been with us since we were formed. Over the years, we have supported some teams through major incidents. We have SEQOHS Accreditation (Safe & Effective Occupational Health Service) and the ISO 9001 quality management standard award.
